Over the past two decades, Wayne Holden and his management team have built a reputation for serving the pipeline industry as a premier contractor. Having started in 1975, as a helper on the Alaskan Pipeline, Wayne knows the gas pipeline industry inside and out. 2008 celebrates 20 years in business for Wayne Holden & Co. as one of the area’s leading directional drilling contractors.

Currently Wayne Holden & Co. has 10 hydraulic powered drilling rigs, capable of projects ranging from distribution lines to large diameter transmission pipelines. We also have all the necessary support equipment and mud recovery systems, various transport trucks and trailers, to name just a few.

We have the expertise and equipment for pipe construction in hard rock applications. The knowledge of our employees combined with state-of-the-art machinery, continues to be the key to our success working in all types of rock.

Since our beginning in 1988, Wayne Holden & Company has been committed to safety and compliance standards. Our safety personnel and superintendents are knowledgeable of OSHA, DOT and OQ requirements. With on-staff OSHA 500 instructors we have a prolific safety training program that begins with employee orientation and continues with regular updates throughout our workforce.
